I also tried creating the USB not only with the Media Creation Tool but also Rufus. I also tried using a DVD with 32-bit Windows but it does the same thing as the USB thumbdrive. I can click my thumbdrive on the boot menu over and over, but each time, it simply flashes the screen once, and returns me to the boot menu.
